Background
An updated brand experience
POC recognized the need to update their e-commerce site to enhance user engagement, improve brand perception, and streamline sales processes. Collaborating closely with POC’s marketing, brand, and product teams, we set out to refine and elevate the user experience. Our goal was to create an updated user experience and a cohesive visual language that resonated with users, resulting in smoother navigation and increased engagement.
A big part of our assignment was to bring the site up to speed with the evolution of the brand, to create a more cohesive experience across the board. We worked closely with POC to ensure that the brand story were infused in every part of the user journey, from navigation to product discovery and checkout.

Result
A best-in-class online shopping experience
We refined and streamlined the user journey, simplifying navigation to guide users through a seamless shopping experience. An enhanced mobile design now appeals to customers on the move, simplifying the purchasing process. This project was a joint effort from Eidra — Above focused on user experience and visual design, while Umain led the technical strategy for both the frontend and backend of the updated platform.

POC is a Swedish company that develops and markets personal protective gear for gravity sports athletes and cyclists. Their mission is to help save lives and reduce consequences of accidents for gravity sports athletes and cyclists, by developing and renewing what personal protection is all about. Their product portfolio includes helmets, eyewear, apparel and accessories for skiing, snowboarding and cycling.
