NORNORM had a strong service vision and valuable customer research. We helped them realise that vision — by setting and optimising processes, and turning key insights into impactful and tangible solutions.
We fully integrated into two of their four work streams to enhance their operations. One focus was on evolving and digitally establishing their brand to generate more leads. The other involved building an ecosystem of front- and back-end tools to effectively deliver their service.
We built tools and systems for the service front- and backstages to make it simple, intuitive and efficient for users on both ends. And to transform NORNORM’s proposition into a holistic, aware and desirable service.
At the time they reached out to us, NORNORM was just an idea on a piece of paper. So we got to work – addressing how the new brand should be defined, designed and implemented.
The website became more than just a showcase for their products; it evolved into an engaging platform for their circular furniture service. Through captivating storytelling, it offers an engaging experience while seamlessly generating leads and conversions anytime, anywhere

NORNORM is an all-new, subscription-based furnishing service. The concept is built on circularity, where every piece of furniture is kept in a loop from one workspace to the next, and every product carefully maintained and refurbished to extend its lifespan. From planning, to design, implementation and evaluation — they build spaces that eliminate unnecessary waste, adapt to all 'new normals' while remaining cost conscious.
